We can customize any package for your personal preferences, but below are a couple of standard options:

     STANDARD BEACH WEDDING PACKAGE - $1,995 - 3 hours - 48 guests max including bride & groom

• Property use for large event (up to 48 persons) 
• Use of archway with or without our silk flower decorations
• Use of 12 cedar benches/pews to seat up to 48
• Silk flower arrangements for the ends of the benches along the aisleway
• Minister who will handle the paperwork (couple must obtain marriage license - we can help with info)
• Tent rental for front yard for punchbowl reception in front yard on the edge of the beach
• Tables and chairs rental for up to 48 including table for cake and punch
• Rental of white tablecloths including cleaning/laundry
• Podium for signing of marriage license (great photo op!)
• Wedding coordinator - including event participation for 4 hours
• Flower girl basket and petals to use
• Ring bearer pillow to use
• 6" cake top, 60 cupcakes, punchbowl reception in tent
• Clear plastic cups for punch, paper plates and clear plastic silverware for cake 
• NOTE:  MINIMUM STAY is required in summer, and may be required in mid- and off-seasons. Call for details.

• Property use fee for large event - up to 48 people for 6 hours.
• Cedar benches/pews for beach seating for up to 48 people.  Includes delivery, set-up and return.
• Use of Archway with or without our silk flowers
• 12 standard fresh flower arrangements for the ends of the benches along the aisleways which can be converted to table arrangements
• Assistance/coordination with:

-          Minister (service included, gratuity not included)

-          Florist (12 standard arrangements for benches/tables included)

-          Spa services (massages, facials, hair, make up, manicures, pedicures, etc. - fees not included)

-          Photographer (cost of photographer not included)

-          Transportation for guests not staying at the Lake Michigan Sunset Beach House (cost not included)  

• Rental of a 20 x 40 or 30 x 30 tent, plus sides for the tent, including delivery, set-up and take-down for use during reception.  (Ceremony can be held in the tent in case of rain!)
• Set-up, use and removal of miniature white lights or large globes for lighting inside the tent on wedding day.
• Rental of six 8’ banquet tables and chairs to seat 48 people inside the tent, plus three 8’ tables for the food and cake, including delivery, set-up, removal and return. (9 total).
• Rental of 20 tiki torches for beach lighting and ambiance, including delivery, set up, fill with citronella oil, and return. 
•  2-tiered wedding cakes for up to 48 people.  (You provide the details on the cake you would like, and we'll find an apprpriate bakery.  You can send us your cake topper and we will deliver it to the bakery.  We can help incorporate your color scheme as well as floral scheme. NOTE:  Designer cakes, cheesecakes, etc. may be extra)
•  Rental of white linen tablecloths for banquet tables and 90 white linen napkins including delivery, washing and return.
•  Rental of white dinner plates, white cake plates, and silverware, including set-up, removal, washing and return.
•  Rental of champagne glasses, including delivery, set-up, removal and washing, and return of glasses.
• Rental of coffee urn, including delivery, set-up, cleaning, removal and return.
•  Coffee set-up during reception, including creamer, sugar and sweetener.
• Clear plastic cups for soda, wine, etc. and Styrofoam cups for coffee.
• Rental of white linen napkins, including set-up, removal, washing and pressing, and return.
• Use of 2 large coolers for sodas and beer, including delivery, set-up and return
•  Ice for the coolers, including pick-up and delivery.
•  Standard catered dinner including salad, rolls, and sides.  Call for details. 
•  Bartender for 5 hours.  You provide the alcohol and choose open bar or cash bar.  Beer, wine, liquor available through certain caterers; bartender can also have a list for taxi/transportation options (though the transporation fee is not included)
•  2 wedding coordinators to assist during your ceremony and reception, including directing parking, etc. Additional help is available to serve food and for clean-up.
