Q: When is check-in and check-out? A: 4 p.m. is standard check-in and 10 a.m. is standard check-out
unless other arrangements are made.
Q: What is the required security deposit? A: A credit card
serves as security deposit.
Q: What payment is required in order to reserve my dates? A: For
reservations under $600, the rental fee must be paid in order for your dates to be considered reserved and blocked on our
calendar. For reservations $600 and over, 50% of the total due must be paid to receive to guarantee your dates,
with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Rental fees for specially discounted rates must be paid at time of booking
to receive discount.
Q: What is the cancellation fee? A: Cancellations received more than 45 days
in advance are subject to a fee of 25% of the total rental fee (minimum of $300). There are no refunds for cancellations
received less than 45 days prior to arrival. In certain emergency situations, we can work with you on rescheduling your
dates - Contact us for rescheduling fees that will apply.
Q: What about pets and smoking? A: No pets
are allowed at the Penthouse. Smoking is allowed outside only, but please be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly
and safely, not inside.
